We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development across digital technologies and additional experience in Product Management, Business Development, and AI/ML-related projects.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end technology projects, driving product initiatives, understanding client requirements, and identifying business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, experience managing software development teams, and practical exposure to AI/ML technologies and their implementation in digital products or solutions.
Key Skills
- Manage end-to-end digital technology and software development projects, from requirement gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Lead and coordinate Engineering, Product, QA, Sales, and Business teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, product requirements, and actionable project plans.
- Drive AI/ML-related project initiatives, including the development, integration, or implementation of AI-powered solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to evaluate AI/ML use cases, assess feasibility, and support the delivery of intelligent digital products and solutions.
- Support product roadmaps, feature prioritization, product releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Handle client discussions, product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to business development, client engagement, and technology solution proposals.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, BRDs/PRDs, status reports, technical documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, quality standards, and project delivery commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10–15 years of overall experience in software development, technical project management, or technology project delivery.
- Strong software development background in one or more digital technology areas, such as web applications, mobile applications, enterprise software, APIs, cloud-based solutions, or digital platforms.
- Practical AI/ML exposure, preferably involving AI/ML application development, implementation, integration, or delivery of AI-powered solutions.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies, use cases, and frameworks; exposure to Python, machine learning libraries, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, software architecture, development processes, and release management.
- Experience in Product Management, including product roadmaps, feature prioritization, requirements management, and product enhancements.
- Experience in Business Development, client engagement, pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, or identifying technology-driven business opportunities.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software development technologies.
- Proven experience managing technical teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and client-facing technology projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are an added advantage.
