Product Manager
This role acts as a bridge between U.S.-based product leadership and engineering teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans while maintaining a relentless focus on business outcomes. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Engineering to ensure that what we build not only works, but drives adoption, expansion, and retention across our customer

· Strong experience with CRM platforms (required), preferably in B2B or distribution environments
· Proven ability to deliver products that impact revenue growth and customer retention
· Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion, adoption)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams
· High ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and outcomes

Preferred Experience
· Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders in a distributed team model
· Familiarity with industrial distribution or B2B sales workflows
· Exposure to AI-driven features in CRM or business applications
· Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha, Figma, and analytics platforms

· 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B SaaS
· Experience working in an offshore or globally distributed product team
· Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
