- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems
- Build and optimize forecasting models (time series, regression, predictive analytics)
- Develop and integrate AI-powered applications, including chatbots and conversational systems
- Work with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks to build intelligent automation solutions
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Monitor model performance using observability tools and ensure reliability in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proactively recommend better models, tools, and architectures
- Communicate insights and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised learning)
- Good knowledge of neural networks and deep learning concepts
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- Experience with forecasting techniques (time series models, regression)
- Experience building or integrating AI chatbots / conversational AI systems
- Strong foundation in data analysis and feature engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a business-friendly manner
