· Strong communication skills toprovide and clarify requirements with the Engineering team
· Strong presentation skills topartner with the internal CX team and other product managers to brainstorm anddesign features
· Minimum 5 to 8years priorproduct management/product owner experience
· Experience in managing productsdeveloped on the JAM stack
· Experience in managing thedelivery of at least one software product
· Understanding and experience inthe agile process (scrum/kanban)
· Strong stakeholder and projectmanagement skills
In addition, the candidate should preferably have:
· Prior experience / understandingof the Scaled Agile Framework (https://scaledagileframework.com/)
· Experience leading ideation anddriving technical development with engineers
· Experience with JIRA,Confluence, Figma
· Understanding of B2B marketingstrategy and key technologies in the marketing technology landscape
· Strong awareness/exposure todata and AI projects
· Experience with tracking keyfeature usage metrics using tools like Gainsight PX
· Experience with building analytics(preferably using Sigma)
