Description

  • Implement and configure Cloud and On Premise solutions. The solution may need customizations specific to the customer use cases. The person with this role will be responsible for performing these customizations ,rules setup, workflows, Screen forms layouts and working on design documents and getting sign offs from customers before working on these changes with help from Engineering teams if required.
  • This is a 100% client facing role and the person will work closely with Customer Success Services Account Manager/ Technical Manager and will participate in recurring review meetings, presenting challenging cases and new ideas to the customer and PMO teams.
  • Work in the project team for your assigned projects and technical tasks or support tickets and Impress our customers with your responsiveness, technical ability and attention to their respective cases.
  • Effectively analyze complex project issues, identify the possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with clients and partners.
  • Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels, including: telephone, email, Web Ex and GoToMeeting as if it's required.
  • Identity & Access Governance Knowledge including RBAC, Access Requests and Certification
  • Experience installing, configuring, and administering IAM/ IGA solution
  • Experience developing and exposing Workflows and Provisioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by customers.
  • Work with engineering teams and deliver product fixes and patches to customers.
  • Document problem solutions in the company knowledge base.
  • Interface with 24x7 Cloud DevOps, Project Manager, PMO, Product Management, Engineering Teams and customers to improve product service, design, and quality.
  • Present functional and technical concepts in a clear manner and perform product configurations for cloud and on premises applications.
  • Document case progress and technical details throughout the support case life cycle.

IAM - Must have Skills:

  • Must have prior working experience in Sail point with minimum of 1 + Yr with one end to end implementation and configuration experience with production support and stability after the roll out.
  • Working knowledge of PIAM & Identity Life Cycles and hands on configuration and production support experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of Security or Physical Identity and Access Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of physical access control systems like Lenel On Guard, C Cure etc. is a plus
  • Knowledge on AI machine learning platforms or big data platforms like Hadoop or configuration experience on similar applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge on SAP ERP, Oracle, and People soft, Physical access Control is desirable.

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
  • Sail point - Identity IQ implementation and cloud Azure/GCP/AWS is a must
  • Must be familiar with Cyber Security best practices, IAM, IAG concepts
  • 5+ years working experience in functional and/or technical design of technology applications or integrations using Java/Scripting and SQL concepts or any other language.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong Knowledge of UML, XML and SQL.
  • Programming Knowledge or experience
  • Software Development Life cycle knowledge
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
