Required:

• Experience with security or systems administration for Active Directory, Linux, or enterprise business applications
• Experience with role-based security or access control
• Heavily focused on achieving customer success
• Background in working with project teams and project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to learn and convey technical concepts to peers and managers
• Excellent dependability and work ethic in a team environment
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively

Preferred:

• Experience implementing large, enterprise projects
• Experience leading teams
• Technical, hands-on experience with Active Directory or LDAP and PACS (Lenel, Ccure etc.)
• Linux systems administration experience
• Programming or scripting experience
• Remedy or Servicenow configuration experience
• Hands-on experience with any of the following tools: IBM Security Identity, Manager (ISIM), Sailpoint Identity IQ (IIQ), Centrify, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), any Web or desktop Access Management products
• Proven track record of self-initiated learning
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
