• Minimum 4+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment.
• At least 3+ years architecting and leading IAM implementations (hands on) including - Application on boarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience on IAM to include implementation and governance
• Must have design experience with IAM Provisioning Integration Modules
• Must have External Connector setup experience for IAM which includes experience in HRMS, LDAP and Physical control system (like Lenel, CCURE etc) integration
• Strong hands-on Java experience
• Good to have experience on JavaScript
• Familiarity with OKTA, ADFS,OAuth and other SAML based authentication methods
• Familiarity with Workflow process and configuration for creating customized workflow as per client needs which include rule creation(mvel rules), policy enforcement etc.
• Familiarity with SoD engine, Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience with web application servers (NGINX)
• Experience with MVEL Rules, Workflows, Authentication and Authorization
• Experience on preparing the product documentation and support process
• Strong troubleshooting capability & experience related to IAM technology
• Experience in gathering IAM requirements, completing attribute mappings between source systems, executing integration testing
• Strong grip over DB like PostgreSQL, MSSQL DB and Oracle DB
• Design, develop, test, implement, and document workflows, MVEL Rules, connector configurations, and integration other software like LDAP, Lenel, CCURE to meet client requirements

Process Skills:

• Configure Workflows, rules(MVEL), policy enforcement, connector configurations for external application integration.
• Knowledge of enterprise directories (OKTA, LDAP, Active Directory along with & DBs like Postgres, MySQL, SQL)
• Experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Redis Cache.
• Experience with the following web technologies (XML, Web Services, Rest API, NGINX etc.) is a plus
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot problem through Database, APIs and logs

Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech/Masters preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and or equivalent formal training or work experience.
