Experience in leading the team and evolving as Project Manager
7 to 8 years of experience
Should be able to handle the team, overall delivery and communicate with customers
Excellent status reporting skills
Experience in putting together project plan, estmating, tracking the plan and tickets in JIRA or similar systems
Ability to think beyond horizon, identify risks and mitigate
Managing people is key
Should have very good communication skills and ability to own the responsibilities without much guidance
Experience in handling web / mobile apps is an advantage but people with experience in handling software applications and willing to learn new things are also welcome
Experience in Agile / Scrum / Sprint based delivery model
Should be a go-getter with positive outlook
