1. Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement on the platform.

2. Create captivating content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and interactive features, to showcase the unique value proposition of the concerned product.

3. Manage and maintain product presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

4. Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and integrate them into product marketing strategy.

6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and promotional efforts across all channels.

7. Engage with users and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

8. Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in  marketing approach.

9. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, advertisements, and email campaigns, to support user acquisition and retention efforts.

10. Generate regular reports on social media performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

11. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry.

12. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with a focus on user acquisition and engagement strategies.

13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

14. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize performance.

15. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

16. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

17. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams.

18. Passion for technology, digital marketing, and the social media landscape, with a curiosity to explore new opportunities and experiment with innovative approaches.

19. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and changes in the marketplace.
